How fast is turnaround?

Standard turnaround is three business days from when we receive your footage. Growth is two business days and Scale is next business day. Turnaround is quoted per batch, not per clip, so sending one long video gets you a full set back at once.

What kinds of video work best?

Talking-head videos, podcasts, webinars, coaching calls, walkthroughs, property tours, workouts and behind-the-scenes footage all work well. Anything with clear speech and a real point of view gives the AI more to work with. Silent B-roll on its own is less useful as a source.

Which platforms do you format for?

Every plan includes 9:16 vertical exports sized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels and LinkedIn. Scale customers can request square (1:1) and landscape (16:9) variants as well.

Can I request changes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Starter includes one revision round per clip, Growth includes two, and Scale includes unlimited reasonable revisions. Swap a hook, tweak a caption, change the cut point or adjust branding and we will send an updated version.

Who owns the finished clips?

Accepted Answer

You do. You own your source footage and every finished clip we deliver. We do not license, resell or reuse your content, and we will not feature your work publicly without written permission.

Is there a watermark?

No. Paid plan clips are delivered clean with no ClipPilot AI branding. Free sample clips carry a small, discreet corner mark so you can review them before deciding.

How does pricing work?

Plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars, GST inclusive. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time and your plan simply ends at the close of the billing period. Unused clips do not roll over.

Do I need any editing skills?

None. You send footage and a few notes about your audience. We handle selection, cutting, captions, reframing and export, then send back clips ready to upload with suggested captions and posting order.

Is this an instant, automated tool?

Not yet. ClipPilot AI is a managed service: AI does the heavy lifting on transcription, moment detection, captions and reframing, and a human reviews every clip before it reaches you. There is no self-serve render button today. If we connect automated processing in future we will say so clearly.

How good is the AI output really?

AI output quality varies with audio clarity, lighting, pacing and subject matter. That is exactly why every clip is reviewed and adjusted by a person before delivery. All examples on this site are illustrative and do not represent a specific customer's results.
