Who controls your information
Jayden Coulter, trading as ClipPilot AI, is the controller of personal information collected through this service. This policy explains how ClipPilot AI handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.
Information we collect
When you create an account, buy a plan, request a sample, create a project or contact us, we collect the details you provide, account and billing references, project instructions, transcripts, source footage and generated clips. We retain limited technical information needed for security and abuse prevention.
AI transcript tool
Text pasted into the clip-ideas tool is sent to our AI processing provider to generate the requested ideas. Do not paste confidential, personal or sensitive information. The generated response is returned to you; ClipPilot AI does not intentionally add the transcript to its lead records.
Footage and links
Footage or links you later provide through an agreed delivery method will be used to prepare your sample or paid work. We do not sell, publish or use client footage to train public AI models without written permission.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess sample requests, deliver and improve the service, prevent misuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Payments through Paddle
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited or another Paddle group company as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment details, tax, receipts, subscription billing and eligible refunds under its own privacy notice and buyer terms. ClipPilot AI receives transaction references, customer identifiers, plan details and payment status, but does not receive or store full card details.
Disclosure and overseas processing
We may disclose information to trusted hosting, private storage, communications, Paddle payment and AI-processing providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service. Some providers may process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to select reputable providers and use appropriate safeguards.
Storage and security
Lead details are stored in protected systems and are available only to authorised operators. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, dispute handling and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw from an enquiry by emailing jaydencoulter09@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires it.
Complaints
Send privacy concerns to jaydencoulter09@gmail.com. We will acknowledge and investigate them within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
