About these terms
These terms apply to services supplied by Jayden Coulter, trading as ClipPilot AI. A written proposal or order may add service-specific terms; if there is a conflict, that document applies to the extent of the conflict.
The service
ClipPilot AI is a managed editing service supported by AI tools and human review, not an instant self-serve generator. Scope, turnaround and included revisions depend on the selected plan and an agreed brief. We may decline material that is unlawful, unsafe or outside our capabilities.
Samples, billing and renewals
A free sample is offered for evaluation and may include a small ClipPilot AI mark. Monthly pricing is quoted in Australian dollars and includes GST. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited or another Paddle group company as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles checkout, tax, receipts, payment details, returns and eligible refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms. ClipPilot AI does not store full card details.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to provide the footage, music, logos and other materials you send. You retain ownership of your source material and finished paid clips. You are responsible for final approval before publishing.
Our materials
ClipPilot AI retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, software and know-how. Once payment is received, you may use delivered final clips for your business without an ongoing ClipPilot AI licence fee. Drafts and unused concepts are not transferred unless agreed in writing.
Revisions and delivery
Included revision rounds are listed on the pricing page. A revision means reasonable adjustments to an existing edit, not a replacement source video or a substantially different creative brief. Turnaround begins once usable footage and instructions are received.
AI and performance
AI output can vary with audio, lighting, pacing and subject matter. Human review reduces errors but does not guarantee accuracy, audience growth, views, leads or sales. All examples on this website are illustrative.
Cancellation
Plans may be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing period. Unused clips do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Work already delivered or in production remains payable.
Plan changes and refunds
Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next billing period. Refund eligibility and the request process are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to resupplying the affected service or paying the reasonable cost of resupply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClipPilot AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, platform changes or outcomes from publishing approved content. You remain responsible for claims, disclosures, permissions and compliance in your industry.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. Changes apply prospectively after updated terms are published or provided.
